Our shipping schedule is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and follow the Postal service’s operating hours. 

Weekend orders will fall on Monday delivery.

  • Flip reeds every 1 1/2-2 weeks to ensure continued absorption.
  • Replace reeds every month to ensure high quality scent throw
  • Avoid placing in the corner of a room or in front of a fan.

Diffuser Set Instructions
  • Step 1: Carefully remove the cork cap from the top of the frosted diffuser jar.
  • Step 2: Insert the reeds into the aromatic solution through the opening of the frosted bottle. The more reeds you use, the stronger the scent will be. (Note: A stronger scent means the solution will be used up faster.)
  • Step 3: Place the reed diffuser in your desired location. Avoid placing it in a corner for best scent distribution.

Diffuser Refill Instructions
  • Step 1: Remove the cap and seal from the refill bottle.
  • Step 2: Pour the aromatic solution into your frosted diffuser vessel. (Tip: Pour the entire contents in to ensure full reed absorption.)
  • Step 3: Insert the reeds into the solution. As with the set, the more reeds you use, the stronger the scent—and the faster the solution will be used.
