Subscription Policy
About Billing
Your Twinkle Plan subscription is billed on a month to month basis. Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month, starting from the date you first subscribe.
If your billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a shorter month, your payment will be processed on the next available business day.
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or an expired card, we will attempt to process it again and notice you via email. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused until a valid payment method is updated.
About Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, please complete your cancellation before your billing date. Any orders already billed or already shipped cannot be canceled.
About Shipping
Your monthly candle ships once per month after your billing is successfully processed. All Twinkle Plan subscriptions include free standard shipping. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Address changes must be updated before your next billing date. Changes made after billing may not apply to the current month’s shipment.
About Returns and Refunds
Candles shipped for the current month are eligible for a refund if they are returned unused, unburned, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
About Damaged or Missing Items
If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or if something is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to replace the item or provide store credit.
About Changes to Your Subscription
You may update your payment method, shipping address, or account information through your customer portal at any time. Changes made after your monthly billing date may apply starting the following month.
