Prepaid Subscription Policy
Our prepaid Candle Club plans (3, 6, and 12 months) are designed to offer built-in savings, exclusive gifts, and a worry free candle experience. Please review the details below to understand how your prepaid plan works.
About Billing
Prepaid subscriptions are charged in full at the time of purchase. Your selected plan covers the entire subscription term, and no additional charges will occur during the prepaid period. Your prepaid subscription will not auto-renew. Once your term is complete, the subscription automatically ends unless you choose to purchase a new plan.
About Shipping
Your prepaid candle ships once per month for the duration of your plan. Free standard shipping is included for all prepaid subscriptions. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Address changes must be submitted before the next month’s shipment is processed. Updates made afterward may apply starting the following month.
About Return and Refund
Our candles are hand-poured in small batches, and prepaid plans allow us to reserve materials, production time, and inventory in advance. They also include upfront discounts and special first-month gifts.
Because preparation for your subscription begins right away, and savings and gifts are applied at the start of your term, all prepaid payments become final once the first monthly candle has shipped. After this point, prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.
If you wish to request a refund, it must be submitted before the first shipment is sent.
About Damaged or Missing Items
If any candle arrives damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue store credit.
About Changes to Your Subscription
You may update your shipping address or account details at any time through your customer portal. Address changes made after the monthly processing date may take effect from the next shipment. Since prepaid plans are paid in full, payment methods cannot be altered for the current term. All prepaid plans are final. They cannot be upgraded or downgraded to another plan until completion of the subscription term.
When Your Plan Ends
Your prepaid subscription ends automatically at the conclusion of your 3-, 6-, or 12-month term. No further charges will be made, and no action is required to cancel.
If you would like to continue receiving monthly candles, you may purchase a new prepaid plan or switch to the Twinkle monthly subscription.
