Hanging Garden

From the very moment we launched Andante Home in 2021, there was no question, a floral scent for spring was a necessity. Though Nate does not share my fondness for florals, even he could not help but be charmed by this particular fragrance, which stirred in him a rare excitement.

Since childhood, I have been captivated by the stories of ancient civilizations, but none have spoken to my imagination quite like Babylon. The grandeur of "The Hanging Gardens of Babylon; one of the seven wonders of the world, has long enchanted me. I often find myself dreaming of what it must have been like to wander through such a place, surrounded by blossoms in every shade, their scents mingling in the warm air. The thought of cascading waterfalls, their mist dancing in the sunlight, only adds to the magic of it all.

When we set about creating our interpretation of this fabled paradise, we endeavored to capture more than mere florals. We sought to weave together a fragrance that spoke of both nature and legend, a delicate symphony of blossoms, lifted by the crisp breath of ancient air and the cool, refreshing mist of enchanted waterfalls. In doing so, we hoped to offer not merely a scent, but a reverie, an invitation to wander, if only in spirit, through one of history’s most dazzling marvels.
